Foreigner Identification Device (FID) is used for default run of foreigners and their preparation for future exploitation.

(NB.: Foreigner/s are referred to as “F” in manual device)

1. Insert F into the space indicate on the device

2. Origin Identification of an F:

1) Eastern – on left,

2) Western – on the right

If the triangle is position ed upside down Originates from the West.

3.Volume and quality of the Wallet:

An F has to be fastened with a safety belt to the device so that he/she is pressed tightly against the front panel. The volume and Quality of the wallet is then easily determined

(possible wallet location ) bulging spots. If the bulging spots appear in 3 possible locations-the F is poor: if the number of bulging spots is 2-the F has a medium income: just 1 bulging spot indicates that the F is wealthy.

3.Sex

F's sex is determined according to the contours, that appear on the front panel, the color markers being as follows: 1) Masculine - red , 2) Feminine - blue

Once the F identity characteristics haves been determined, the F is ready for a default run. F has to be divided according to the dotted lines. The parts that appear outside the dotted line have to be trimmed and disposed of securely.

The remaining parts (X) are added, multiplied by the numbers of wallets (Y) and divided by 2: X x Y – 2 = 100%F

4.Wrap the remaining F parts in the material provided (B) and place it under the running water for 2 hrs. If within the above time period F does not transformed into homogenous matter, it must be disposed of and the device has to be thoroughly disinfected

However, if the F does transform into homogenous matter, it is ready for future exploitation.

All 100% F's are issued with a passport and certificate as a proof of their 100% authenticity .
